The villa
A historic hamlet of seven buildings where Renaissance painters once worked, on 30 acres of vineyards, olive groves, woodland and a lake. It has its own restaurant with a kitchen garden, a spa and resident staff; a renowned artist lives in a separate private wing.
Inside
Twenty bedrooms, 17 doubles and three singles, for 37 guests. The main house offers five king size en suites, two living rooms and a dining room. The farmhouse, old shop, olive oil mill and its dépendance, painters' studio and lemon house each have their own bedrooms and living space. Spa with sauna, hot tub, Turkish bath and gym.
Outside
A 24 x 6 m pool, heatable on request, with a furnished poolside area, outdoor living and dining areas, barbecue and table tennis. Views over the countryside, the lake and towards Florence. Private parking for 50 cars; the estate hosts events for up to 100 guests.

In the hills near Impruneta, 2 km from the centre of Tavarnuzze and its restaurants. Impruneta is 8 km, Florence 14 km, the Antinori winery about 10 km. Florence Airport is 18 km, Pisa Airport 78 km, Siena 67 km.
