The villa
A masseria in five hectares of gardens and olive groves near Ostuni, joining a lamia, a group of trulli and a third stone building around shared living spaces. Metre thick walls and domed roofs keep the rooms cool; breakfast and aperitivo staff come daily.
Inside
Three living rooms, the largest hung with contemporary art from the owner's collection, and two kitchens. The Lamia building has three doubles and a room with two bunk beds, all en suite; the trulli two en suite doubles; the third building a double and a living room with double bed sharing a shower room. A poolside cabin adds one more en suite double.
Outside
A 16 x 7.2 m pool, 0.8 to 1.4 m deep, with loungers and bean bags. A patio for dinners under the stars, verandas, a barbecue and a pizza oven beside a recreation area with table tennis.

In the countryside 6.4 km from Ostuni, with shops about 4 km away. Cisternino is 12 km away, Martina Franca 18 km, Alberobello 30 km and Brindisi airport 44 km.
