A contemporary villa on one level in the countryside near Noto, framed by citrus groves and olive trees. From its raised position it looks over the land to the Ionian Sea. It sleeps six, with a seventh guest on request.
Inside
A bright open plan living and dining room with sofas and a large table looking onto the garden through glass doors, a kitchen with breakfast table and a laundry corner. Three doubles, each convertible to twins, share two shower rooms, which are not en suite. A pellet stove warms cooler evenings.
Outside
A 12 by 3 m pool, open from early April to late October, with a furnished sun deck and sea views. Wide patios and terraces, a veranda, a garden and an outdoor dining area under a pergola. Barbecue. Parking for two cars.

In the countryside 4 km from Noto, a 10 minute drive. Lido di Noto is 6 km away, the Vendicari Nature Reserve 11 km, Marzamemi 21 km and Catania Fontanarossa Airport 86 km, as is Comiso Airport.
