A modern villa on one level in the countryside close to Noto, framed by olive trees and Mediterranean flora. From its raised position it looks over the land to the Ionian Sea. It sleeps five.
Inside
A bright open plan living and dining room with sofa and large table, and a kitchen opening through a French window to the patio. Two doubles and a single share two shower rooms, which are not en suite; one has a washing machine.
Outside
A 10 by 4 m pool, open from early April to late October, with a furnished sun deck and views to the sea. Wide patios and terraces, a veranda and an outdoor dining area under a pergola. Barbecue. Parking for two cars.

In the countryside 4 km from Noto, a 10 minute drive. Lido di Noto is 6 km away, the Vendicari Nature Reserve 11 km, Marzamemi 21 km and Catania Fontanarossa Airport 86 km, as is Comiso Airport.
