The villa
A two storey house on the water within the private nature reserve of Punta Licosa, surrounded by pine forest and facing the island of Licosa. Traditional Italian furniture meets modern comfort, and rocky coves lie a few steps away.
Inside
The ground floor has a living room with a fireplace and a sea view terrace, a kitchen with a dining table, a separate utility kitchen and four double bedrooms, each en suite with a shower. Upstairs are three further doubles, two shower rooms and a second living area. Air conditioned throughout.
Outside
A 10 x 5 m freshwater pool stands against a Roman ruin. A wooden platform with sunbeds and umbrellas sits over the rocks; the shore is not sandy. Wide terraces for dining, an outdoor kitchen, a changing room with bathroom, a bocce pitch, table tennis and a private pine park.
Location
On the Punta Licosa headland, within the reserve. The nearest sandy beach is a 10 minute drive. San Marco di Castellabate is 10 km, Santa Maria di Castellabate 15 km, Paestum 35 km. Salerno Costa d'Amalfi Airport is 61 km away.
