The villa
A house on three independent floors above Villammare, in an enclosed garden of terraces with sea views towards Cilento and Maratea. The main floor is flooded with light; two self contained apartments above suit extended families.
Inside
The ground floor has a living and dining room with an open fireplace, a library and study, a kitchen with a large table, and three doubles (one convertible to twin) sharing two shower rooms. Each upper floor, reached by an outside stair, has an open plan living room with kitchen, a queen size double, a shower room and a sofa bed for two children.
Outside
A 12 x 6 m pool, 1.4 to 2.4 m deep, with a paved sun deck. A pergola over the sea shades the outdoor lounge and dining area, beside a summer kitchen, charcoal barbecue and wood fired pizza oven. The first floor has its own dining terrace, the second a sea view balcony.
Location
1.4 km from the centre of Villammare and 700 m from the sandy beach of Santa Maria Le Piane. Sapri is 5 km away, Maratea 24 km and Palinuro 34 km. Naples Capodichino Airport is 202 km away.
