The villa
A converted farm building on a hilltop, restored and furnished by its owner, an Italian interior designer. Warm fabrics and textures echo the colours of the surrounding hills, within three acres of landscaped gardens.
Inside
A kitchen set behind a half arch, a dining room seating twenty and a living room with fireplace opening onto a patio of antique stone. Eight bedrooms, each with a private bathroom: two king size master suites, one with a carved stone bathtub, three king doubles, two twins, one reached only from the patio, and a loft suite with sofa bed, double and two singles.
Outside
A 16 x 5 m heated infinity pool, warmed by solar panels, and a separate hot tub. Terraces for outdoor dining with wide views, an outdoor oven and a barbecue. Table tennis and parking for about 20 cars.

On a hill 2 km from Monteverdi Tuscany, with shops and a pharmacy in Sarteano. Chianciano Terme is 13 km, Pienza 17 km, Montepulciano 19 km. Florence Airport is 159 km, Rome Fiumicino 209 km.
