The villa
A late 19th century Capri house of 350 m² in 2,500 m² of grounds on the hill of Tiberius, in the quieter east of the island. Classic Mediterranean architecture, large windows full of light and a library of thousands of books. The housekeeper lives in the annex.
Inside
A fully equipped kitchen and a living room with breakfast area. Five doubles over three levels: two en suite on the entrance level, one en suite on the middle level, and two more, each paired with an adjoining room with a double sofa bed (extra, on request) and a shared bathroom. Sauna for two.
Outside
An infinity pool of about 9 x 5 m over the sea, two heated hot tubs, a stone terrace facing Vesuvius and a majolica patio with outdoor kitchen, changing room and bathroom. A rooftop terrace looks over the Gulf of Naples and the Amalfi Coast.
Location
On the hill of Tiberius, 50 m from Villa Jovis and about 3 km from the Piazzetta. Shops and bars are a five minute walk; Marina Grande is under 2 km and Naples airport 40 km.
