The villa
An estate built by Aldo Gucci in the 1950s and long owned by the Gucci family, set in 7,000 sqm of private gardens in the residential Camilluccia district. An orange toned façade, a spiral staircase and much of the original decoration survive.
Inside
A spiral staircase rises from the entrance hall, with a lift alongside. A library, a living room with piano, a lounge, a billiard room, a dining room and a wood detailed kitchen. Five bedrooms, four doubles and a twin with wrought iron and brass beds, plus a room with a double sofa bed. Seven bathrooms in marble and vintage tile.
Outside
A 15 m pool with a large paved sun terrace, an outdoor dining area with barbecue and panoramic terraces. The rooftop terrace looks over the treetops towards Rome. A caretaker lives in a separate annex on the grounds, and parking is within the estate.

In Camilluccia, about 15 minutes by car from the historic centre. The Villa Borghese gardens are 6 km, Piazza Navona 7 km, St Peter's 8 km and Parco di Roma Golf Club 15 minutes by car. Ciampino Airport is 37 km and Fiumicino 39 km.
