The villa

On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room centred on a decorative fireplace, and a bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one made up as a double or twin, sharing a bathroom and a small balcony over the landscape.

The covered portico looks over gently rolling fields to a natural lake fringed with poplars and alders. The heated swimming pool is set in the garden, with a furnished poolside, and an electric vehicle is provided for exploring the estate.
