The villa
A hillside house above Anacapri, traditional in character with contemporary comforts, set in a park of olive trees, carob trees and holm oaks, with views of Monte Solaro and the sea. A resident butler and caretaker looks after the house day and night.

Stairs lead to a bright lounge with benches, a decorative fireplace and a 77 inch TV; a dining area with tables that join into one; a sitting room with French doors to the terrace; a kitchen and a wine cellar. Six doubles over two floors, all en suite, one with a bath; the two lower rooms open onto the terrace. Stairlift.
Outside
A generous panoramic terrace with a 9 x 2.7 m saltwater infinity pool, heatable on request, loungers under large parasols and a hot tub. Around it, a park of olive trees, carob trees and holm oaks. Parking for one or two small cars.

On the hillside about 1 km from Piazza Vittoria in Anacapri, under 20 minutes on foot. Villa San Michele and Marina Piccola are 5 km; Naples airport is 47 km.
