The villa
A newly built contemporary villa of 300 sqm in Fontane Bianche, south of Syracuse, set on a terrace above the turquoise sea. Large windows and light colours fill it with daylight. Four suites over two floors sleep eight.
Inside
The ground floor has an open plan living and dining area, a modern kitchen, a guest bathroom and a 40 sqm suite overlooking the pool, designed for guests with reduced mobility. Upstairs are three more suites, two with sea view terraces. All four have king beds, three convertible to twins, and en suite shower rooms.
Outside
A 10 by 4 m infinity pool, heated on request, with a paved sun deck facing the sea. An outdoor lounge and dining area has its own kitchen and barbecue, and a bathroom sits by the pool. A private gate opens 30 m from the rocks for swimming. Parking for three cars.

In the village of Fontane Bianche, with shops and services close by and sandy, equipped beaches 1 km away. Syracuse and Ortigia are 17 km away, Noto 19 km, Vendicari 30 km and Catania Fontanarossa Airport 73 km.
