The villa
A catered ski chalet above Selva di Val Gardena, set beside a hotel whose spa, pool and staff guests share while keeping a private house. Alpine chic: timber, stone, underfloor heating and an open fire.
Inside
Four double suites over two floors, each with an en suite shower room. The first floor holds an open plan living room under high ceilings, with log fireplace, dining area, kitchen and two suites with balconies. The ground floor has two suites and an entertainment room with home cinema, billiards, darts and bar. Below: ski room and a small shared gym.
Outside
Two ground floor terraces look to Selva and the Sella Massif. The private spa has sauna, infrared sauna and an outdoor hot tub for four. Shared with the hotel: a 12.5 m indoor and outdoor pool heated to 32°C, a Turkish bath and treatment rooms. A chef cooks five course dinners six evenings a week.
Location
On a hill 1.4 km from the centre of Selva di Val Gardena, four minutes by car, with the Col Raiser and Saslong gondolas a few minutes away and the Sellaronda circuit close by. Bolzano airport 45 km, Innsbruck airport 118 km, Corvara 21 km, Cortina d'Ampezzo 68 km.
