Sorrento
Twelve en suite bedrooms above Sorrento, with a heated pool, Jacuzzi and a sea view terrace facing the gulf and Vesuvius.
The villa
A large contemporary villa on four floors in the hills above Sorrento, off the main road. Marble floors, original staircase railings, hand painted Vietri tiles and colourful artworks give the bright interiors their character.
Inside
The lower level has a spacious living room, a generous dining room and a professional kitchen. There are 12 doubles with king size beds, all with en suite shower rooms: seven on the lowest floor, four on the main level and a top floor suite with a private sea view terrace. Doubles convert to twins on request.
Outside
A manicured garden holds a 9 m pool with Jacuzzi and cervical waterfall, heated from October to April, and a sundeck. A panoramic terrace, balconies and an outdoor dining area with bar look over the sea to Vesuvius. Daily housekeeping and a local concierge are included.
Location
A quiet position 3 km from the centre of Sorrento, with a shared shuttle from the adjoining hotel, whose restaurant, bar and spa guests may use. Massa Lubrense is 7 km away, Positano 22 km, Pompeii 30 km. Naples airport is 56 km.
