A stone country residence on three levels in the hills above Castel San Pietro Terme, facing the olive groves of Varignana. Classic furnishings, hand painted wall decoration and curtains made by Italian artisans keep the feel of a family house.

The ground floor has a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a study and a playroom with a PlayStation. The first floor holds five doubles of about 25 to 30 sqm with king size beds, two of them connecting; the top floor two singles. All seven bedrooms are en suite with showers.
Outside
A 12.6 x 6 m infinity pool, 1.45 m deep, with loungers and parasols, open from spring to autumn. A pergola shelters the outdoor dining table, all within a 3,600 sqm private garden.

In the hills 9 km from Castel San Pietro Terme and 23 km from Bologna. The estate's winery is about 1 km away, Dozza 17 km and Imola 29 km. Bologna Airport is 29 km away. The resort's spa and restaurants are open to guests.
