The villa
A historic residence on the western shore of Lake Como, set in generous gardens with sweeping lake views. Halls are decorated with opulent stuccos, tapestries, paintings and ceramics. Six suites are spread over two wings, with a resident team for the whole stay.
Inside
The ground floor opens with a light filled living room overlooking the garden, a large dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, plus two suites whose bathrooms have a tub. Upstairs are four more suites, three with separate shower and tub, one with tub only. All six have king size beds that can be separated. A private museum upstairs is visited with staff.
Outside
A private heated pool, 12 x 6 m, with a paved poolside furnished with loungers and deckchairs. The gardens hold outdoor lounge areas and a shaded dining area. Guests may also use the spa, tennis court, gym, pools and private beach of the Grand Hotel Tremezzo, five minutes away by car or boat.

In Tremezzina, 1.2 km from the centre of Tremezzo and 1.4 km from Villa Carlotta. Lenno is 1.8 km, Menaggio 6 km and Como 29 km. Milan Malpensa Airport is 78 km, Milan Linate 89 km.
