The villa
A contemporary villa on Favignana, the largest of the Egadi Islands, set in a quiet Mediterranean garden. Clean architectural lines and light filled interiors are divided between a main house and a separate annex.
Inside
The main house has a living room with a double sofa bed, a dining room with a fireplace, a kitchen and a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower and bath. The annex has a sitting room, a kitchenette, a double bedroom with en suite shower room and a twin with a private bathroom. All bedrooms open onto the garden.
Outside
A 3 x 5 m pool, 1.5 m deep, with a sundeck; a pergola dining area with barbecue, a lounge area, a hammock and an outdoor shower. A staircase climbs to the rooftop terrace, with sea views for evenings under the stars. Fitness area with TRX. Gated parking for three cars.
Location
In a quiet area 1 km from Cala Azzurra and Bue Marino beaches and 1.7 km from Cala Rossa. Favignana village, with shops and restaurants, is 5 km away. Trapani is 27 km by sea, Trapani Airport 40 km.
