The villa
A 600 sqm single storey villa designed by the architect Luigi Caccia Dominioni in 1976, on a large private estate on the northeast coast of Sardinia. Fresh, modern interiors, and a cook for three meals a day, six days a week.
Inside
A sitting room looking over the gardens and pool, a study, a dining room and a well equipped kitchen. Eight doubles and a single, including a separate cottage suite, all on the ground floor with large windows, sharing seven bathrooms. A Klafs sauna overlooking the pool and a Turkish bath.
Outside
A 16 x 6 m infinity pool with hot tub, heated on request, that merges with the sea. Loungers, umbrellas and a shaded gazebo, a covered terrace, and outdoor dining with barbecue. A gym patio with Technogym treadmill. A private path leads 50 m to the cove, a sheltered natural harbour.

In a private bay 3 km from Capo Coda Cavallo, facing towards Tavolara. Puntaldia golf is 9 km and San Teodoro 13 km. Olbia Costa Smeralda airport is 23 km.
