The villa
A traditional alpine farmstead restored to the highest standard, set at the foot of the Sella group, in two connected buildings holding five suites for up to 19 guests. A permanent collection of paintings hangs throughout; a maid and house manager are on hand.
Inside
The main building has a living room with modern fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen and a ski room with boot warmers, three suites upstairs, and a spa with small counter current pool, sauna, Turkish bath and jacuzzi. The second building has two suites and a home cinema. All suites have king size beds; several add sofa beds or mezzanine futons.
Outside
A terrace with sun loungers and mountain views, a balcony, an outdoor lounge area and barbecue, a private heliport and a three car garage.
Location
About 700 m from the centre of Arabba, with direct access to the Dolomiti Superski slopes and the Sellaronda. Corvara is 10 km and Cortina 37 km; Bolzano airport is 77 km, and Venice is 45 minutes by helicopter.
