The villa
A restored house of rustic character on the hillside above the beaches of Maratea, with views over the mountains and the Tyrrhenian Sea from many of its rooms, and fenced gardens scented with Mediterranean plants.
Inside
On the ground floor, a large living room, a sitting room with fireplace, a dining room, a country kitchen, a bathroom and a laundry, all opening to the garden. Upstairs, over two floors: four doubles, three en suite, a twin sharing a bathroom with one of them, and a single with en suite. A seventh twin room sleeps two more.
Outside
A generous terrace with a 12 x 6 m infinity pool facing the sea, lounge areas, a barbecue and a large table under a gazebo for sunset dinners. Fenced gardens and ivy covered parking for two or three cars.
Location
On the hillside 4 km from Maratea and 5 km from Fiumicello. Praia a Mare is 13 km and Sapri 20 km; Naples airport is 218 km.
