The villa
A modern house with solid whitewashed walls, set in its own gardens among green hills, vineyards and orchards in the Fiaiano area of Ischia. Light filled rooms over three floors sleep up to 12 guests.
Inside
The ground floor has a generous living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a guest bathroom. Below are two en suite doubles, a second living room and a Turkish bath. Upstairs are four doubles, three en suite and one served by a separate bathroom; two open onto terraces over the pool and two onto balconies.
Outside
A 10 x 20 m pool of warm thermal water with sun loungers, garden terraces, a barbecue and a panoramic terrace for dining outdoors. Private parking for five cars.
Location
About 1.5 km from the centre of Fiaiano and 3 km from Ischia Porto; Ischia Ponte is 4 km and Forio 10 km. Naples airport is a 50 minute drive from the port, then a one hour ferry.
