The villa
A house of 500 sqm near the village of Scala, the oldest town on the Amalfi Coast, set in a 4,000 sqm private park of lawns, olive and lemon trees, with views over the Gulf of Salerno.
Inside
The ground floor has a lounge onto the winter garden, a kitchen with dining area and a living room with panoramic doors to the terrace. Upstairs, four doubles and a single: one suite with fireplace, Turkish bath and chromotherapy, another with its own terrace, one linked to a single room, one with a hidden passage to a loft. The attic is an open plan games and music room.
Outside
The main terrace has ancient stone basins and wisteria covered porticos around a 7 by 14 m pool with hydromassage. There is a synthetic grass court for basketball, badminton, table tennis and five a side, a vegetable garden, and shaded benches along paths.
Location
Less than 1.5 km from the centre of Scala and 1.8 km from Ravello, reached by a lane of about 20 steps. Amalfi is 7.5 km. Naples Capodichino Airport is 61 km, Salerno Costa d'Amalfi Airport 65 km.
