The villa
A 70 sqm attic suite in a 16th century palazzo at the start of Via Condotti. Restored with antique furniture, oil paintings, tapestries, hand stencilled walls and original parquet, it is made for a couple or a single guest.
Inside
A spiral staircase rises to a small sitting room that looks onto the terrace. A few steps below lies the double bedroom, with a gently sloping ceiling, an alcove bed and an en suite bathroom. A video projector with a large screen and a hi fi stereo complete the rooms.
Outside
The roof garden is the heart of the suite: a multi level decked terrace with terracotta pots of lavender and panoramic views over the city skyline.

At the start of Via Condotti, steps from the Spanish Steps and Piazza di Spagna, with the Trevi Fountain a short walk away. Rome Ciampino Airport is 15 km, Fiumicino 30 km.
